传播社会学视域下网络谣言多维防控路径

Research on the Prevention and Control of Network Rumor under the View of Sociology of Communication

网络公共领域不仅是虚拟社会的载体,而且是社会现实的反映。随着网络时代的到来和进一步发展,互联网逐渐沦为利益表达、情感宣泄、谣言传播的平台。在不断嬗变的网络信息时代,单一的防控路径难以应对实践中网络谣言治理所面临的棘手问题,其规制效果不明显,甚至有侵犯公民权利之虞。在网络公共秩序现实化治理的新常态下,网络谣言逐渐进入公众视野。通过对网络谣言情势介评及传播、扩散之路径的全面分析,多维度构筑了与其适配的防范与治理体系,以实现网络谣言治理的多措并举。

The network public domain is not only a carrier of virtual society,but also a reflection of social reality.With the development of the Internet age and the improvement of the status of freedom of speech,the Internet has gradually become a platform for interest expression,emotional catharsis,and rumor dissemination.In the era of ever-changing network information,a single prevention and control path is difficult to cope with the thorny problems faced by Internet rumors in practice,and its regulatory effect is not obvious,and even violates the rights of citizens.With the rapid development of information technology such as the Internet,China has paid increasing attention to the governance of the Internet.The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that“it is necessary to strengthen the construction of Internet content,establish a comprehensive network management system,and create a clear network space”.Under the new social public order governance,network rumors gradually entered the public eye.Through the comprehensive analysis of the causes of network rumors,the situation review and the path of communication and diffusion,adapted prevention and governance system is constructed on the multi-dimensional level in order to achieve multiple measures to promote network rumors governance.
