AM/AMPS/LPT三元共聚物的合成与性能评价

摘要 以丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、纳米颗粒LPT为单体,采用水溶液聚合的方法合成了三元共聚物。采用流变法研究了聚合物质量分数、交联剂浓度、温度、pH、矿化度对AM/AMPS/LPT成胶时间和成胶黏度的影响。该体系在40℃~80℃温度范围内,随温度升高,成胶时间加快,成胶黏度变大;在中性和碱性条件下可成胶,且在碱性条件下成胶时间较快,成胶黏度更大,在弱酸和强碱条件下成胶黏度大大降低;在矿化度为20000mg/L时,虽成胶时间延长,成胶黏度仍可达到30000 mPa·s,具有良好的抗盐性能。 The ternary copolymer was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization using acrylamide(AM),2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid(AMPS)monomers and nanoparticles as monomers.The effect of polymer mass fraction,cross-linker concentration,temperature,pH,and salinity on the gelation time and gelation viscosity of AM/AMPS/LPT was studied by rheological method.When the temperature of system increase from 40℃to 80℃,the gelation time is accelerated,and the viscosity of the gel becomes increased.Gelling may occur at neutral and alkaline conditions,and the gelation time is accelerated under alkaline conditions.The gelation viscosity is increased at the same time.The gelation viscosity is greatly reduced under weak acid and strong base conditions.Although the gelation time is prolonged when the salinity is 20000 mg/L,the gelation viscosity can still reach 30000 mPa?s,which shows that this polymer has good salt resistance.
