灌入保水砂浆后钢桥面铺装洒水降温效果分析 被引量:2

Analysis on Cooling Effect by Sprinkling Water for Steel Bridge Deck Pavement After Pouring Water-conserving Mortars

摘要 夏季钢箱梁表面的铺装层温度可达60℃,沥青混凝土的蠕变成为突出问题,在行车荷载作用下容易产生车辙。通过在沥青铺装层表面灌入保水砂浆和洒水的方法,可降低铺装层的温度。试验共设计制作3个试块,其中在1个试块表面灌入保水砂浆,通过模型试验研究了普通桥面铺装、带保水砂浆的桥面铺装在不同洒水量下的降温效果。试验结果表明:普通试块的保水效果较差,洒水50 mL后温度降低了4. 5℃,温度回升到洒水前的温度所需时间为50 min;普通试块温度达到60℃用时90 min,而保水试块用时171 min;对于保水试块,洒水量为100 mL时,温度降低了7℃。 In summer,the pavement temperature of steel box girder surface can reach 60℃,and the creep of asphalt concrete becomes a prominent problem.Rutting is easy to occur under the action of traff ic load.The pavement temperature can be reduced by method of pouring the water-conserving mortars and sprinkling water on the surface of asphalt pavement.A total of three specimens were designed and manufactured,one of which was f illed with water-conserving mortars.The cooling effects of ordinary bridge deck pavement and the bridge deck pavement with water-conserving mortars under different sprinkling volumes were studied by model test.The results show that the effect of water conservation of ordinary asphalt pavement specimen is poor,the temperature dropps by 4.5℃after sprinkling water 50 m L,and it needs 50 minutes to rise back the temperature before sprinkling water.The temperature of ordinary specimen reaches 60℃,which takes 90 minutes,while the water-conserving mortar specimen takes 171 minutes.For the water-conserving mortar specimen,the temperature is reduced by 7℃when the sprinkling volume is 100 mL.
