大准铁路钢轨伤损焊补技术的研究与应用

摘要 大准铁路是我国主要的货运线路之一,随着运量的不断增加,其钢轨出现了不同程度的伤损。传统的焊补技术存在效率较低、焊接后钢轨质量不稳定等缺点。本文介绍了钢轨快速焊补技术,该技术在大准铁路上得到了广泛应用。通过长期的在线检验发现,采取快速焊补工艺修复的钢轨、辙叉、尖轨能够使用1~5年时间,且使用情况良好,能够保证铁路行车安全。与直接更换钢轨相比,钢轨焊补技术具有明显的经济效益,建议在重载铁路予以推广应用。 The Datong-Zhungeer railway is one of the most important freight lines in China.With the continuous increase of its freight volume,the rail has different degrees of injury.However the traditional welding repair technology has the defects of low eff iciency and unstable rail quality after welding.According to these problems,this paper introduced the rapid rail welding repair technology,which has been applied in Datong-Zhungeer railway widely.Through long-term online operation inspection,the rail,frog and switch rail can be used for 1~5 years after repaired by rapid rail welding repair technology,which are in good condition and can ensure the safety of railway operation.Compared with replacing rail directly,rail welding repair technology has obvious economic benef its,which means it should be widely popularized and applied in heavy haul railway.
