基于原子转移自由基聚合的棉织物阻燃整理研究 被引量:1

摘要 将甲基丙烯酰氧乙基二甲基磷酸酯(DMMEP)利用原子转移自由基聚合反应(ATRP)对棉织物进行阻燃整理。结果显示:整理后棉织物的LOI达25.3%,燃烧灰渣表面产生大量具有抑制燃烧的泡状突起。红外ATR吸收光谱证实DMMEP被成功接枝到棉纤维上,TGA曲线显示棉纤维大分子间的结合牢度减弱,热稳定性有所变化,但炭渣量明显提高。棉织物白度和断裂强力分别下降6.2%和4.6%,但透气性略有提高。整体而言,棉织物基于ATRP接枝DMMEP进行阻燃整理对白度、强力及透气性影响不大。 The methacryl oxide ethyl dimethyl phosphate(DMMEP)was subjected to flame-retardant fin?ishing of cotton through atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP).The results showed that the LOI of the treated cotton fabric reached 25.3%,and a large number of blister-like protrusions with combustion inhibition were generated on the surface of the burning carbon residue.The infrared ATR absorption spectroscopy con?firmed that DMMEP was successfully grafted onto cotton fibers.The TGA curve showed that the bond fast?ness between cotton fiber macromolecules was weakened,and the thermal stability was changed,but the car?bon residue content was significantly improved.The whiteness and breaking strength of cotton fabric de?creased by 6.2%and 4.6%,respectively,but the permeability was slightly improved.Overall,the flame-retar?dant finishing of cotton fabric grafted DMMEP based on ATRP had little effect on the whiteness,strength and gas permeability.
