两类织物筘痕的主客观测评

Subjective and Objective Evaluation of Two Kinds Fabrics Reed Mark

探讨棉织物和涤棉混纺织物筘痕的主客观测评效果。以22种棉织物和24种涤棉混纺织物为例,研究筘号、每筘穿入数、纬密等因素对织物筘痕的影响;对两类织物分别进行了主、客观测评。结果表明:客观测评织物的筘痕结果基本等同于主观测评的结果,且偏差小;筘号、每筘穿入数和纬密都对织物筘痕有一定影响,其中每筘穿入数对筘痕影响最大。认为:客观测评优于主观测评。

The subjective and objective evaluation effect of cotton fabric and polyester cotton blended fabric reed mark were discussed.22 kinds of cotton fabrics and 24 kinds of polyester cotton fabrics were taken as examples.The influence of reed number,yarn,weft density etc.on fabric reed mark were studied.Subjective and objective evaluation on two kinds of fabrics were performed.The test results showed that the reed mark results of subjective evaluation was basically equivalent with the results of objective evaluation and the deviation was smaller.The fabric reed mark was affected by reed number,yarn number per reed,weft density.Among them,yarn per reed had the biggest influence on the reed mark.It is considered that the subjective evaluation is better than objective evaluation.
