摘要
探讨气相色谱/串联质谱方法用于测定纺织品中1,3-丙烷磺内酯含量的效果。以丙酮为萃取溶剂,超声萃取纺织品中的1,3-丙烷磺内酯,萃取产物经浓缩定容过滤后进行气相色谱/串联质谱测定,外标法定量,并对超声萃取条件和质谱分析条件进行了优化。指出:该方法简便快捷,灵敏度高,定量下限低至10μg/kg(S/N=10);在3个加标浓度水平下,该方法的平均回收率84.83%~93.23%,相对标准偏差3.21%~10.29%。认为:该方法可适用于纺织品中1,3-丙烷磺内酯含量的日常测定。
The effect of using gas chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry to determinate 1,3-propanesultone content in textiles was discussed.Acetone was selected as extracting solvent.Ultrasonic extraction was adopted for 1,3-propanesultone in textiles.The extraction product was tested with gas chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry after concentration,constant volumn and filtration.Quantification was performed with external standard method.The ultrasonic extraction condition and mass spectrometry analysis condition were optimized.It was pointed out that the method was simple and convenient,sensibility was higher.The lower limit of quantification was lower to 10μg/kg(S/N=10).Under three labelling concentration level,the average recovery of the method was 84.83%~93.23%,the relative standard deviation was 3.21%~10.29%deviated.It is considered that the method is suitable for the daily test of 1,3-propanesultone content in textiles.
