摘要
总结一款涤纶长丝弹力织物的设计与生产要点。经纱选用5.5tex/72FDTY涤纶低弹丝;纬纱选两种,甲纬为5.5tex/36F涤纶高弹丝,乙纬为8.3tex/36FFDY涤纶长丝;介绍了织物的设计思路;对络丝、整经、织造等工艺的生产要点进行了总结。通过采取一系列技术措施,保证了产品的顺利生产,成品经密820根/10cm,纬密770根/10cm。认为:开发的织物适宜于做休闲运动面料。
Design and production key points of one polyester filament elastic fabric were summarized.5.5 tex/72F DTY polyester lower elastic filament was selected as warp.Both 5.5 tex/36F polyester higher elastic filament and 8.3 tex/36F FDY polyester filament were selected as weft.Design idea of the fabric was introduced.The production key points in winding,warping,weaving and other processes were summarized.A series of technology measures were taken to ensure the successful production.The warp density of finished product was 820 ends per 10 cm and the weft density was 770 ends per 10 cm.It is considered that the developed fabric is suitable for casual sports fabrics.
