Problems of JWF1204 carding machine process optimization were discussed.The technolgy characteristics of JWF1204 carding machine were introduced.The process was optimized to solve problems in the production and the effect was analyzed.The problems including difficulties in the control of noil when carding different kinds of fiber,worse carding effect and lower production efficiency.It is considered that noil can be effectively controlled,carding quality can be improved and higher efficiency higher quality production of the carding machine can be realized by adopting reasonable technology measures.
