艾草改性竹浆纤维织物的开发及性能测试 被引量:10

摘要 总结艾草改性竹浆纤维织物的开发要点,并测试了相关性能。为弥补艾草改性竹浆纤维性能的不足,采用包芯纱技术,提高纱线及其织物的强伸性能;采用原液着色竹浆纤维,省去了染整环节,保证了产品的生态环保性;测试了织物的强力、起毛起球性、缩水性和抗菌性。结果表明:采用包芯纱开发的织物强力较高,缩水率较小,抗菌性优良。认为:从多个层面进行优化和创新,是实现艾草改性竹浆纤维在衬衣面料领域成功应用的关键。 Development key points of wormwood modified bamboo fiber fabric were summarized and related property was tested.In order to make up the deficiency of the wormwood modified bamboo fiber property,core-spun yarn technology was used to improve tensile strength of yarn and fabric.Dyeing and finishing process were eliminated by adopting mass-dyed bamboo fiber.The eco-friendly property of fiber was guaranteed.Strength of fabric,pilling,shrinkage and antibacterial properties were tested.The results showed that fabric developed by the core spun yarn had higher strength,less water shrinkage and excellent antibacterial property.It is considered that optimization and innovation from multiple aspects is the key to the successful application of wormwood modified bamboo fiber in the field of shirt fabrics.
