摘要 探讨细纱主电机采用永磁同步电机的节能改造效果。介绍了永磁同步电机的优点和节电机理。在TH578J型集聚纺1008锭细纱机上,进行了主电机和负压电机由异步电机改造为永磁同步电机的试验。试验结果表明:细纱主电机改为永磁同步电机后,可节电4%;负压电机改为永磁同步电机后可节电10.69%。对19台细纱机主电机的改造,进一步证实了永磁同步电机的优越性。认为:永磁同步电机将成为我国机电行业节能减排的龙头产品,应用将越来越广。 Energy saving improvement effect of adopting permanent magnetic synchronous motor on spinning frame was discussed.The advantages and energy-saving mechanism of permanent magnet synchronous motor were introduced.On TH578J integrated spinning frame with 1008 spindles,test of main motor and the negative-pressure motor modified from the asynchronous motor to permanent magnet synchronous motor was carried out.The test results showed that after the main motor of the spinning frame was changed to permanent magnet synchronous motor,energy can be saved 4%.After the negative-pressure motor was changed to permanent magnet synchronous motor,the energy can be saved 10.69%.The main motor modification of 19 spinning frames further confirmed the superiority of permanent magnet synchronous motor.It is considered that permanent magnet synchronous motor is becoming the leading product of energy-saving in China's electromechanical industry and its application would become more and more widely.
