“后申遗”时代图书馆非物质文化遗产数据库建设进展

Development of Library's Intangible Cultural Heritage Databases in the Post-Inscription Era

"申遗热"浪潮之后,"后申遗"时代来临,非物质文化遗产的数字化保护成为热点。2016年、2018年调查了我国省级公共图书馆建设非遗数据库的进展,文章统计分析其名称、项目数量、项目分类、著录字段等。研究发现:在省级公共图书馆中,非遗数据库建设仍与非遗名录机制联系紧密,但在申遗工作逐渐放缓的情况下,其建设随之延滞;非遗类目划分、数据库著录尚未有统一标准;省级公共图书馆未能参与和打通全面的申遗流程,数字化工作很难匹配"后申遗"时代的转型诉求。

In the era of post-inscription,digital preservation of intangible cultural heritage becomes more and more important.The paper investigates the situation of intangible digitization and database construction of China’s provincial public libraries in 2016 and 2018 and finds out:the construction of database still relies on the application system of intangible cultural heritage;there are still no unified standards of the classification and metadata for the intangible cultural heritage database;libraries couldn’t participate in the comprehensive application system,which makes them pretty difficult to meet the demands of post-inscription era.
