Community Toy Library Services in Perth,Australia

文章以澳大利亚联邦西澳大利亚州帕斯市14家社区玩具图书馆为调查样本,运用网络调查法和内容分析法,调查社区玩具图书馆的服务宗旨、服务时间、服务项目、资源建设,归纳出其社区玩具图书馆服务的三个特点:自筹自建,会员既是服务对象也是服务人员,享有权利的同时承担运行义务;注重服务质量和可持续性;组成行业联盟,加强行业间的交流协作。

Based on the sample survey of 14 community toy libraries in Perth,Western Australia,this study investigated the service purposes,service time,service projects and resources developmentof community toy libraries by network survey and content analysis.The services of Australian community toy library have three characteristics.One is community toy libraries are self-built,and members are both service clientsand service staff,enjoying the rights while assuming operational obligations.Another is community toy libraries focus on service quality and service sustainability.The third is they have formed the toy library associations to strengthen communication and cooperation among toy libraries in Australia.
