国外可信数字知识库标准与审计、认证工具研究

Research on Foreign Standards, Audit and Certification of Trusted Digital Repositories

数字知识库的发展对于数据长期保存、共享和利用具有重要意义。如何保证数字知识库的可信赖性是其发展过程中必须思考的问题,国外关于数据长期保存已经有较多的标准指南及工具可以参考。文章调研了国外可信数字知识库标准和审计、认证工具,发现其具有公开性、发展性、时效性等特点;由专业的组织机构制定,并朝着多层级的综合认证体系方向发展。在此基础上,文章对我国可信数字知识库标准与工具体系的建立提出建议。

The development of digital repositories has great significance for the long-term preservation,sharing and utilization of research data.It is important to consider how to ensure the trustworthiness of digital repositories.There are many standards and tools for long-term preservation abroad for reference.This paper analyzes the development of foreign tools for trusted digital repositories,including standards,audit tools and certification services.It is discovered that the tool systems are characterized by openness,continuous development,and timeliness.These systems are developed by professional organizations and are moving toward multi-level and comprehensive certification.Based on this,this paper puts forward suggestions for the establishment of a trusted digital repository tool system in China.
