摘要
切除空母线并联电抗器时,极易出现电弧复燃和等效截流等现象,产生的操作过电压会造成相关设备相间短路和电抗器匝间绝缘损毁等故障,威胁电气设备安全。切除220kV变电站35kV空母线并联电抗器时操作过电压导致的设备故障时有发生,危及电网安全稳定运行。从切除并联电抗器过电压产生的机理、危害和抑制思路等方面开展系统分析,对比断路器性能和投切位置对过电压的抑制效果,并进行现场实测和PSCAD仿真分析,为35kV空母线并联电抗器操作过电压的抑制提供了解决思路和工程经验。
When cutting shunt reactor on no-load busbar,the phenomena,such as current chopping,arc reignition and equivalent current chopping,are easy to occur during the switching process.The resulting overvoltage caused by the operations can cause phase-to-phase short-circuit of the related equipment and inter-turn insulation damage of the shunt reactor,which threatens the safety of electrical equipment.Equipment breakdowns caused by switching overvoltage of 35kV shunt reactor on no-load busbar in 220kV substation occur frequently,endangering the safe and stable operation of the power grid.In this paper,the mechanism,perniciousness and suppression of shunt reactor switching overvoltage were systematically analyzed.The suppression effects of circuit breaker characteristics and position on overvoltage were compared,and the overvoltage measurement and PSCAD simulation analysis were carried out,which provides solutions and engineering experience for the overvoltage suppression of 35kV shunt reactor on no-load busbar.
