摘要
通过学校体系培养竞技体育运动员的模式被称之为"教体结合"模式,是我国体育人才培养的重大突破。运用案例分析方法,揭示目前高校"教体结合"模式面临着资源获取困难等一系列困境。这些困境反映出当前我国教体结合模式的内生性驱动力不足,其根源是不同制度逻辑对教体结合形成了负面阻碍。建议:建立良好的法治体系;教育部门应提升体育在育人工作中的重要性;体育部门应真正转变职能,即从夺金职能过渡到培育体育市场发展和促进全民健身的职能,建立教育、体育、经济、社会、文化、市场协调发展的良好生态。
The mode of training competitive athletes through the school system is called"Combination of Teaching and Sports"mode,which is a major breakthrough in the cultivation of sports talents in China.By using the case analysis method,a series of difficulties,such as the difficulties in obtaining resources,are revealed in the mode.These difficulties reflect the lack of endogenous driving force of the current mode of teaching and sports combination in China.Suggestions:Establish a good rule of law system.Education department should enhance the importance of sport in education work.Sports department should truly transform its functions,that is,from the function for gold medals to the function for cultivating sports market development and promoting national fitness,and establish a sound ecology of education,sports,economy,society,culture and market coordinated development.
