摘要
运用文献资料法等对我国高校体育弱势群体的体育教育权力实现进行研究。主要结论:高校体育弱势群体教育公平缺失表现为课内教学模式单一、课外社会扶助有限与多元需求的矛盾。原因包括:政府重视程度不够,扶弱机制乏力;社会价值取向偏差,扶弱力度不够;高校体育教育失衡,扶弱思想滞后;家庭体育氛围缺失,培养运动意识不强;高校体育弱势群体自身问题,消极抵触。提出"五度"疏导路径,即政府要有"高度"、社会要有"热度"、高校要有"力度"、体育教师要有"温度"、体育弱势群体要有"懿度"。
This paper studies the realization of the sports education rights of sports vulnerable groups in colleges in China by using the method of literature reviews.The main conclusions can be listed as follows:The lack of educational fairness of the vulnerable groups in college sports is manifested on the single teaching mode in class,and the contradiction is the limited social assistance after class and the multiple demands from the society.The reasons include as follows:The government does not pay enough attention on special groups'education,and the mechanism of helping the vulnerable groups is weak to support its development.There is a choice deviation on social values and the capabilities on helping special groups are insufficient.College physical education is imbalanced and the idea of helping the weak lags behind.The atmosphere on sports for each family needs to be improved,the current atmosphere leads to a less motivation towards doing sports.The weak sports groups in colleges and universities have passive attitudes and resist to be helped.Government should have the height on making plans,society needs to keep continued focus,universities should implement policies strongly,the teachers should be taking good care of the special social groups,while the special groups needs to be generous.
