牦牛绒/羊毛高支混纺纱的开发研究

Study on the Development of Yak Cashmere/Wool High-Count Blended Yarn

探讨牦牛绒与羊毛混纺高支纱的生产工艺和混纺纱线性能。利用毛纺、棉纺设备相结合,通过在细纱工序采用四罗拉网格圈型紧密纺纱方式,分别纺制16.7tex羊毛/牦牛绒70/30、50/50混纺纱,并对纱线强力、条干等指标进行了测试,与16.7tex纯纺牦牛绒纱进行对比。结果表明:牦牛绒与羊毛混纺后,纱线强力、条干均匀性均得到了很大程度的提高,就纺制的两种不同比例的羊毛/牦牛绒混纺纱线而言,随着牦牛绒混纺比增加,纱线的强力提高,条干均匀度恶化。牦牛绒与羊毛混纺后,改善了牦牛绒纤维高支成纱的可纺性,拓展了牦牛绒纤维的应用领域,有利于开发不同风格的牦牛绒纱线。

The production technology and the yarn performance of yak cashmere/wool high-count blended yarn were discussed.Wool spinning equipment and cotton spinning equipment were combined to spin 70/30,50/50 blended yarn of 16.7 tex wool/yak cashmere by using the method of four-roller compact spinning with lattice apron in the spinning process.The strength,the evenness and other indicators of the blended yarn were tested and compared with the pure 16.7 tex yak cashmere yarn.The results showed that the blended yarn of wool/yak cashmere improved in terms of strength and evenness greatly.For the two kinds of wool/yak cashmere blended yarns with different proportions,as the yak cashmere blended ratio increased,the strength of the yarn increased and the evenness was deteriorated.The spinnability of yak cashmere fiber can be improved by blending with wool fiber,which expands the application fields of yak cashmere and is beneficial to develop different styles of yak cashmere yarn.
