超声波法处理红曲红色素低温染色蚕丝的研究 被引量:2

摘要 对红曲红色素进行超声处理,然后在低温条件下对蚕丝织物染色。研究了超声处理前后织物K/S值的变化,对混合稀土质量浓度、染液pH值、染色时间3个因素进行优化。结果表明:超声处理使红曲红色素粒径明显变小,染色蚕丝颜色更深。较佳工艺条件为:采用同浴染色法,混合稀土质量浓度0.5g/L,pH值为4,40℃染色3h。染色后织物各项色牢度优异,耐日晒色牢度达到了3级。 The monascus red pigment was treated by ultrasound and the silk fabric was dyed at low temperature.The change of K/S value of silk fabric before and after ultrasonic treatment was studied.Three factors including the concentration of mixed rare earth,pH of dyeing solution and dyeing time were optimized.The results showed that the particle size of monascus red pigment obviously smaller after ultrasonic treatment,and the color of dyed silk became deeper.The optimum conditions are as follows:one-bath dyeing method,mass concentration of mixed rare earth 0.5 g/L,pH 4,dyeing 3 h at the temperature of 40℃.The color fastness of dyed fabrics is excellent,and the light fastness reaches Level 3.
