摘要
航空发动机附件机匣中心主动锥齿轮在工作过程中先后三次出现断裂故障,并连带其他部件不同程度损伤,造成飞行任务中断。故障件破坏形貌基本相同,主动锥齿轮辐板有包括5~6个齿的弧形大掉块,其余齿牙也均严重损伤。通过开展理化分析、强度和振动特性分析、动应力测量和整机振动响应测试,进行了故障机理研究,找出了故障原因,并据此进行了改进设计和持久试验验证。可为同类故障分析提供借鉴。
Three fracture failures had been found in central drive spiral bevel gear of aero-engine accessory casing during operation.Together with some damages of other components,fight mission had been interrupted.Damage features are nearly the same.5~6 teeth of the drive spiral bevel gear web were peeled off and other teeth were damaged seriously.Failure mechanization research was carried out based on physical and chemical analysis,strength and vibration characteristic analysis,dynamic stress measurement and overall engine vibration response measurement to find the failure cause.Improvement design and endurance validation test have been carried out.The study results can provide reference for similar failure analysis.
