不同厂家猪冷冻精液应用效果的比较 被引量:9

摘要 为验证国内猪精液冷冻技术的成熟度,本实验购买国内北京某公司(BJ)和国外某公司(GW)大白猪和长白猪的冷冻精液,进行人工授精及效果对比,按照厂家操作说明进行精液品质检查和配种操作,每种来源冻精各配种70头母猪(每品种各配种35头)。结果表明:2种来源冻精组情期受胎率和配种分娩率差异不显著(P>0.05);但BJ组的精子活率、窝产仔数和窝均健仔数均显著优于GW组(P<0.05),其中窝产仔数和窝均健仔数比GW组分别提高了15%和18%。以上表明国内猪冷冻精液技术进步显著,优势明显。 In order to verify the technological level of boar frozen semen in China,the artificial insemination effect of the frozen semen of Landrace and Yorkshire from a company in Beijing(BJ)and a foreign company(GW)was compared.Semen quality inspection and insemination operations were carried out according to the operating instructions provided by these two companies.70 sows(35 sows per breed)were mated in BJ and GW groups respectively.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups of frozen semen in pregnancy rate and farrowing rate(P>0.05).But the sperm motility,total born(increased by 15%)and number born healthy(increased by 18%)in the BJ group were significantly better than those in the GW group(P<0.05).In conclusion,the domestic frozen semen technology has made remarkable progress in recent years,and has obvious advantages.
