摘要
本试验旨在研究陈化玉米对肉鸭生长性能、抗氧化指标和免疫器官指数的影响。选取12日龄樱桃谷肉鸭2 000只,随机分为2个处理,每个处理5个重复,每个重复200只。对照组饲喂正常玉米,陈化玉米组用30%陈化玉米等量替代正常玉米。试验期30 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,陈化玉米组显著降低了肉鸭平均日增重及出栏体重(P<0.05),但对耗料增重比没有显著影响(P>0.05);陈化玉米组26日龄血清中维生素C含量显著降低(P<0.05),肉鸭42日龄血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性极显著降低(P<0.01)。由此可见,添加陈化玉米降低了肉鸭的日增重、出栏体重及肉鸭的血清抗氧化能力。
The present study was conducted to investigate the effects of aged corn on growth performance and blood indexes of meat ducks.A total of 2000 12-day-old Cherry Valley ducks were randomly divided into 2 groups with 5 replicates per group and 200 ducks per replicate.Experimental groups were control group(using the normal corn),aged corn group(substituting 30%aged corn for 30%normal corn).The experiment lasted for 30 days.Results indicates:compared with the control group,the average daily gain of 4-year-storage corn group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the ratio of feed to gain.The level of vitamin C in the serum of 26-day-old of 4-year-storage corn decreased significantly(P<0.05),and GSH-Px activity of 42-day-old in serum was extremely significant reduced(P<0.01).Thus,the growth performance of ducks fed aged corn was affected with reduced antioxidant function.
