硫酸镁联合美托洛尔用于急性心肌梗死后室性心律失常患者治疗中的临床观察

Clinical observation of magnesium sulfate and metoprolol in the treatment of patients with ventricular arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction

目的探讨急性心肌梗死后室性心律失常患者采取不同用药的效果。方法 106例心肌梗死后室性心律失常患者,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,各53例。对照组采用利多卡因治疗,观察组采用美托洛尔及硫酸镁联合治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组室性心律失常发生率为24.53%,低于对照组的64.15%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者心功能指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者心功能指标均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论硫酸镁及美托洛尔联用可有效预防心肌梗死后室性心律失常的发生,改善心功能,值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of different medication in patients with ventricular arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 106 patients with ventricular arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction were divided by different treatment methods into control group and observation group,with 53 cases in each group.The control group received lidocaine for treatment,and the observation group received magnesium sulfate and metoprolol for treatment.The treatment effect in two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the observation group had lower incidence of ventricular arrhythmia as 24.53%than 64.15%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in cardiac function index(P>0.05).After treatment,both groups had higher cardiac function index than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination of magnesium sulfate and metoprolol can effectively prevent occurrence of ventricular arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction and improve cardiac function.It is worthy of promotion and application.
