外耳道冲洗联合派瑞松布药治疗霉菌性外耳道炎效果观察

Effect of external auditory canal irrigation combined with Pevisone in the treatment of mycotic otitis externa

目的探讨外耳道冲洗联合曲安奈德益康唑乳膏(派瑞松)布药治疗霉菌性外耳道炎的临床效果。方法 80例霉菌性外耳道炎患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,各40例。对照组采用外耳道冲洗常规治疗,试验组采用外耳道冲洗联合派瑞松布药治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果试验组患者临床治疗总有效率为97.5%,对照组患者临床治疗总有效率为85.0%。试验组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对外耳道炎患者使用外耳道冲洗联合派瑞松布药治疗霉菌性外耳道炎,临床效果显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of external auditory canal irrigation combined with triamcinolone acetonide and econazole cream(Pevisone)in the treatment of mycotic otitis externa.Methods A total of 80 patients with mycotic otitis externa were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional therapy of external auditory canal irrigation,and the experimental group received external auditory canal irrigation combined with Pevisone for treatment.The clinical treatment effect in two groups was compared.Results The experimental group had total effective rate of clinical treatment as 97.5%,which was 85.0%in the control group.The experimental group had obviously higher total effective rate of clinical treatment than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of external auditory canal irrigation and Pevisone provides remarkable clinical effect for patients with mycotic otitis externa.
