皮洗Ⅰ号治疗外阴瘙痒性皮肤病临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy observation of vulva pruritus dermatosis treated by skin washing Ⅰ

目的探讨皮洗Ⅰ号在治疗外阴瘙痒性皮肤病中的临床效果。方法 102例外阴瘙痒性皮肤病患者,随机分为观察组(54例)与对照组(48例)。观察组使用皮洗Ⅰ号进行治疗;对照组使用常规治疗方法进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后瘙痒症状评分以及临床疗效,并观察不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组瘙痒症状评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组瘙痒症状评分均明显低于治疗前,且观察组患者瘙痒症状评分(1.25±0.33)分显著低于对照组的(2.14±0.35)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者总有效率为90.7%,明显高于对照组的75.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者中, 2例患者因皮肤抓破用药治疗后出现刺痛感,经对症处理后,症状消失,无其他明显的不良反应。对照组患者中,未出现明显不良反应。结论皮洗Ⅰ号在治疗外阴瘙痒性皮肤病患者中不仅疗效较好,且无明显不良反应,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of vulva pruritus dermatosis treated by skin washingⅠ.Methods A total of 102 patients with vulva pruritus dermatosis were randomly divided into observation group(54 cases)and control group(48 cases).The observation group was treated with skin washingⅠ,and the control group was treated with conventional treatment method.Comparison were made on pruritus symptom score before and after treatment,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in pruritus symptom score(P>0.05).After treatment,both groups had lower pruritus symptom score than those before treatment,and the observation group had significantly lower pruritus symptom score as(1.25±0.33)points than(2.14±0.35)points in the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had obviously higher total effective rate as 90.7%than 75.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In observation group,there were 2 cases had prickling sensation after treatment of skin scratch,and symptoms disappeared after symptomatic treatment,without other obvious adverse reactions.No obvious adverse reactions were found in the control group.Conclusion Skin washingⅠis not only effective in the treatment of pruritus vulvae,but also has no obvious adverse reactions.So it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
