临床护理路径对慢性化脓性中耳炎患者护理质量及满意度的影响分析

Effect of clinical nursing pathway on nursing quality and satisfaction of patients with chronic suppurative otitis media

目的探析临床护理路径对慢性化脓性中耳炎患者护理质量及满意度的影响。方法 82例慢性化脓性中耳炎患者为研究对象,根据计算机随机分组方式分为路径组(42例)和对照组(40例)。路径组在临床护理路径模式下展开护理,对照组在常规护理模式下开展基础护理,比较两组护理满意度。结果路径组患者护理满意度为97.6%,对照组患者护理满意度为85.0%;路径组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性化脓性中耳炎患者在临床护理路径模式下开展护理,更能保证服务的完整性、系统性和有效性,优质护理利于疾病康复,进而获得更高护理满意度。

Objective To discuss and analyze the effect of clinical nursing pathway on nursing quality and satisfaction of patients with chronic suppurative otitis media.Methods A total of 82 patients with chronic suppurative otitis media as study subjects were divided by computer random grouping method into pathway group(42 cases)and control group(40 cases).Pathway group received nursing under clinical nursing pathway,and the control group received basic nursing under routine nursing mode.The nursing satisfaction between the two groups was compared.Results Pathway group had nursing satisfaction degree as 97.6%,which was 85.0%in the control group.Pathway group had obviously higher nursing satisfaction degree than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing for patients with chronic suppurative otitis media in the clinical nursing pathway mode can ensure the integrity,systemicity and effectiveness of the service,and quality nursing is conducive to disease rehabilitation,thus achieving higher nursing satisfaction.
