Network Differential Resentment,Differential Rumor of Non-stream Ideology and Its Governance

网络非主流意识形态及其谣言的产生具有客观必然性。经济全球化的思想文化交融、改革转型期的社会阶层分化、信息传播模式的新技术增益,是网络非主流意识形态谣言产生的客观因素。源于中介的刺激—反应机制的网络非主流意识形态怨恨,成为网络意识形态之战的重要内在动力和心理机制,是网络非主流意识形态谣言产生的主观因素。在主客观因素的作用下,网络非主流意识形态怨恨及其谣言具有差序性,文章分析了非主流意识形态的"差序怨恨"和非主流意识形态谣言的"差序类型"。在此基础上讨论了对网络非主流意识形态谣言治理采取的差序治理原则,从而有效地化解意识形态怨恨,防止意识形态谣言无限度地传播。

It’s impersonal inevitable for the network Non-stream Ideology and its rumor to come into being.The causations include the three following factors:mentality and culture mingles with each other because of the global economy,social estate partitions by the reason of the transition period of the reform policy,the assistant effect for the mode of information diffusion.Coming from the mechanism of stimulation-reaction of the agency,ideology resentment becomes the vital motility and psychological mechanism of ideology controversy,which is the subjective factor of the producibility of network Non-stream Ideology and its rumor.Actioned by both the impersonal and subjective factors,network Non-stream Ideology and its rumor have differential characters.The differential Resentment of Non-stream Ideology and differential types of Non-stream Ideology rumor are analyzed in the paper.It’s appropriate to adopt the differential principles to supervise the network non-stream ideology rumor,so as to assimilate the ideology resentment effectively,and to avoid its excessive diffusion as well.
