摘要
王村煤矿20506工作面开切眼跨度大,顶板属于典型复合顶板,巷道支护困难。以该工作面切眼巷道为背景,根据自稳隐形拱煤巷围岩支护理论,结合FLAC3D数值模拟方法,提出了适合大跨度复合顶板巷道的锚固支护参数。经过工程实践验证,在切眼的掘进过程中,该支护体系有效控制了围岩的变形和破坏,巷道顶板位移小于20 mm。锚杆载荷最大值为27. 36 k N,锚索受力为72. 55 k N,均具有较高的强度储备,满足了工作面的生产需要,为此类复合顶板巷道施工提供了参考。
The Wangcun Coal Mine 20506 face is a composite roof and the roadway support is difficult.Based on the theory of the surrounding rock support of the self-stabilizing stepped archway and the FLAC 3D numerical simulation method,the anchoring support parameters suitable for the large-span composite roof roadway are put forward.Practice has proved that the support system can effectively control the deformation and destruction of the surrounding rock and the roadway roof displacement is less than 20 mm.The maximum bolt load is 27.36 kN,the anchor force is 72.55 kN and all have high strength reserve,which provides a reference for the construction of such composite roof roadway.
