仿生植物附着微生物膜的硝化作用强度测定方法探讨 被引量:2

摘要 仿生植物附着微生物膜对重污染水体具有较好的净化效能,硝化作用强度则是反映该技术对氮素降解性能的关键指标之一。然而,目前尚未有关于仿生植物附着生物膜硝化作用强度测定方法的研究论文发表。基于此,论文在现有土壤硝化作用强度测定方法的基础上,从曝气、培养时间、取样量3个方面对测定方法进行改进。结果如下:(1)硝化作用测定过程中,培养系统中进行间歇曝气以提供硝化反应所需氧气,可较好地获得仿生植物附着生物膜的硝化作用强度测定结果,具体的曝气条件为:间歇曝气方式供氧,气流条件为3 L/min,12 h曝气一次,每次10 min;(2)与土壤硝化作用强度测定方法相比,仿生植物附着生物膜的硝化作用强度测定时的培养时间可缩短至24 h;(3)仿生植物附着生物膜硝化作用强度测定时,初始生物膜取样量为0. 5 g(冷干生物膜),可获得较好的测定值。 The bionic plants attached biofilm has better purification efficiency on the heavily polluted water body and nitrification is one of the key indicators for the technical performance to nitrogen degradability.However,at present there is not any research paper published on nitrification of the bionic plants attached biofilm.For this reason,improvements were made for the measurement from the aeration,training time and the amount of sampling on the basis of the method of existing soil nitri fication.The results are as follows:(1)Intermittent aeration in the culture system can provide the required oxygen to nitrification and we can get better measurement results of nitrification for bionic plants attached biofilm in the process of experiment.The detail is that intermittent aeration and the airflow is 3 L/min,once every 12 hours,10 minutes every time;(2)compared with the conventional method of measuring the nitrification,culture time of the bionic plants attached biofilm can be shortened to 24 hours;(3)a good nitrification result can be obtained when the right amount of sampling is 0.5 g(cold and dry)in the experiment.
