摘要
以天然斜发沸石为研究对象,采用不同浓度的盐酸对其改性,分析了改性前后沸石对水中氨氮吸附能力的变化。运用XRD分析沸石的组成特性与骨架结构特征,运用核磁共振、FTIR与XPS表征骨架原子分布与特征变化以及改性后沸石酸性中心的变化。结果表示盐酸的改性机制主要是通过溶解沸石骨架中的四配位铝,溶出孔道杂质及H+置换沸石中的金属阳离子,减少可与氨氮离子进行交换的阳离子数量,导致沸石吸附氨氮的性能下降,但盐酸改性可作为预处理手段,提高复合改性的药剂利用率。
The natural plagioclase zeolite was studied,zeolite was modified by hydrochloric acid with different concentration and the change of adsorption capacity of zeolite to ammonia nitrogen in water before and after modification was analyzed.The composition and skeleton structure of zeolite were analyzed by XRD,and the distribution and characteristic of skeleton atoms and the change of zeolite acid center after modification were characterized by NMR,FTIR and XPS.The results showed the modification mechanism of hydrochloric acid was mainly through the dissolution of the zeolite skeleton in the four coordination aluminum,dissolved pore impurities and H+substitution of metal cations in zeolites,to reduce the number of cations that can be exchanged with ammonia nitrogen ions,leading to the reduction of the zeolite adsorption capacity of ammonia in wastewater.But hydrochloric acid modification can be used as a pretreatment way,to improve the utilization of compound modified drug.
