摘要
针对平禹矿区煤与瓦斯突出问题,对矿区155次突出事故进行了统计分析,研究了该矿区突出的主要影响因素,揭示了突出的规律和特征,并提出了针对性的防治技术对策。研究结果表明:平禹矿区瓦斯突出主要受地质构造、开采深度等因素的影响,矿区浅部和深部、有地质构造和无地质构造区域的瓦斯突出强度、突出次数均出现较大的变化。随着开采深度的增加,地质力学环境和力学性质不断发生变化,在深部高应力和高压瓦斯气体的共同作用下,受工程扰动的影响,容易产生煤与瓦斯突出。需要根据瓦斯突出的规律性,采用区域性瓦斯综合治理技术,在瓦斯治理上因地制宜、一矿一策、综合治理、抽采达标,从采掘布置、突出预测、监测预警及深部复杂动力灾害防治等方面着手,有效遏制瓦斯突出事故。
According to the coal and gas outburst problem in Pingyu Mining Area,a statistic analysis was conducted on 155 outburst accidents occurred in the mining area and a study was conducted on the principal influence factors of the outburst accidents in the mining area.The outburst law and features were revealed.The relevant prevention and control technical countermeasures were provided.The study results showed that the gas outburst in Pingyu Mining Area was affected by the geological structures,mining depth and other factors.In the shallow and deep depth and the geological structures and non geological structure regions,the gas outburst intensity and the outburst frequency had big changes.With the mining depth increased,the geological mechanics environment and mechanics property were continuously changed.With the joint function of the deep high stress and high pressure methane gas,under the influences of the disturbances to the engineering,the coal and gas outburst would be easily occurred.According to the gas outburst law,a regional gas comprehensive control technology was applied.In the gas control,with the measures adjusted to the local conditions,one mine with one polity,comprehensive control,drainage and mining with the standards,layout from mining to excavation,outburst prediction,monitoring and early warning,deep complicated dynamic disaster prevention and other aspects,the gas outburst accidents could be effectively controlled.
