摘要
截至2016年年底,我国留学回国人员总数达265. 11万人,形成了新中国成立以来最大规模留学人员"归国潮"。与此同时,海归就业优势相较前几年有所降低,留学的价值究竟还剩多少逐渐引起国人的广泛关注。本文通过对近800名海归的就业现状及就业满意度情况调研,得到如下结论:多数海归对于工作现状持满意态度;海归中有"再归海"意愿的占少数;影响海归就业满意度的主要因素为薪资待遇、企业文化、公司制度和个人发展。
By the end of 2016,the total number of returned oversea students in China reached 2651.11 thousand,forming the largest overseas talent returning tide since the new China established.At the same time,the employment advantage of returnees has decreased comparing with that in previous years.And the value of studying abroad has gradually aroused widespread concern among the Chinese people.Based on the survey of the employment status and job satisfaction of nearly 800 returned overseas Chinese students,the following conclusions are obtained as follows:Most of the returnees are satisfied with their working statuses.Amony the returnees,there is a minority of returnees are willing to go abroad again.The main factors affecting the employment satisfaction of returnees are salary,corporate culture,company system and personal development.
