医院感染nosocomialis不动杆菌的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 鲍曼不动杆菌、pittii不动杆菌和nosocomialis不动杆菌是近年来最常出现的可引起严重人类疾病的医院获得感染条件致病菌,也是各医院中最常被分离的不动杆菌。这3种不动杆菌表型相近,然而nosocomialis不动杆菌无论在临床价值、产碳青霉烯酶的耐药机制上,还是毒力研究方面均与鲍曼不动杆菌存在较多差异。本文就nosocomialis不动杆菌的鉴定方法、分子流行病学研究进展、临床预后、产碳青霉烯酶和相关毒力因子的研究现状作一综述。
