HOXA13基因在胃癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘要 目的探讨同源盒基因(HOX)A13在胃腺癌中的表达及其与临床病理及预后的关系。方法选择武汉科技大学附属孝感市中心医院2011年12月至2017年6月经手术治疗的胃癌患者66例(胃癌组);胃镜活检为正常胃黏膜组织20份(对照组)及胃癌癌前病变(上皮内瘤变)组织20份(癌前组)。运用免疫组织化学染色检测各组胃黏膜组织中HOXA13及Ki-67蛋白的表达。结果 HOXA13基因在对照组、癌前组和胃癌组的阳性表达率分别为5.00%、30.00%和74.24%,3组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。HOXA13表达与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小及分化程度无明显相关性(P>0.05);与胃腺癌的T、N分期及国际抗癌联盟(UICC)分期具有相关性(P<0.05);HOXA13基因表达与Ki-67表达具有相关性(r=0.472,P<0.01)。结论HOXA13表达增高可能是胃腺癌早期诊断及预后不良的重要指标。 Objective To investigate the expression of homeoboxgene(HOX)A13 in gastric adenocarcinoma and its relationship with clinical pathology and prognosis.Methods Collected 66 patients with gastric cancer(the gastric cancer group)who underwent surgery from December 2011 to June 2017 in the Central Hospital of Xiaogan,20 cases of normal gastric mucosa tissues(the control group)and 20 cases of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer(intraepithelial neoplasia,the precancerous group).Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of HOXA13 protein and Ki-67 protein.Results The positive expression rates of HOXA13 gene in the control group,the precancerous group and the gastric cancer group were respectively 5.00%,30.00%and 74.24%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There was no significant correlation between HOXA13 and gender,age,tumor size and differentiation(P>0.05);there was significant correlation between HOXA13 and T,N staging and UICC staging(P<0.05);the expression of HOXA13 gene and Ki-67 had correlation(r=0.472,P<0.01).Conclusion Increased expression of HOXA13 may be an important indicator for early diagnosis and poor prognosis of gastric adenocarcinoma.
