摘要
玉米蛋白粉是玉米加工后的具有高能量高蛋白质的副产品,常作为一种饲料资源在畜禽饲料中使用。综述了玉米蛋白粉的化学组成、营养价值、生产深加工及掺假鉴定,阐述了玉米蛋白粉在家禽饲料中的应用研究进展,并展望了玉米蛋白粉的发展方向和应用前景。
Corn gluten meal is the by-product of corn processing,used in animal poultry because it is rich in high energy and high protein.We reviewed the chemical composition,nutritive value,deep processing and adulteration identification of corn gluten meal,and stated the research progress of corn gluten meal in poultry feed,and expected the research direction and application of corn gluten meal in the future.
