摘要
以山东省为例,通过构建高速交通建设、区域发展及出行满意度评价体系,厘清三者现状及相互关系。1)山东省高速交通建设高值区呈现横"T"形空间分布,其中高速公路相对均衡,而高速铁路与航空运输高值分布具有带状聚邻性和强点极化性;2)高速交通出行满意度因供需关系差异,与高速交通建设水平不完全对应,而区域发展水平具有自东向西递减的地域分异特征;3)各市高速交通建设、出行满意度及区域发展的相对失衡区和重点强化区主要分布在鲁北、鲁南等省际边缘地带,优化对策要兼顾相对均衡的发展诉求及区域客观差异;4)高速交通建设及出行满意度均受高速铁路影响较大,而高速公路已并非现代高速交通体系的主体。最后,基于供需关系提出倒"T"形区域支撑潜力带和团块状高速交通带强化区,作为优化的重点区域,并基于不同高速交通方式的特点及城市类型、协调性等提出差异化的对策建议。
In this paper,the evaluation system was used to analyze the current situation of high speed traffic and its relationship with regional development and travel satisfaction in Shandong Province.It is found that:1)High value area of high speed traffic construction showed a horizontal"T"spatial structure,and the expressway was relatively balanced,but high-speed railway and air transportation showed polarization distribution;2)High speed travel satisfaction did not correspond to the level of high speed traffic construction exactly,and regional development level decreased from east to west;3)The key promotable areas and the relative imbalanced areas of the high-speed traffic construction,travel satisfaction and regional development were mainly distributed in the fringe of the north and south of Shandong;4)The high-speed railway had a great effect on the high speed traffic construction and travel satisfaction,and expressway was not the main part of modern high speed traffic system.Finally,based on the relationship between supply and demand,regional supporting potential zones and strengthening areas were put forward as the key areas,then differential advices were proposed based on the characteristics of different high speed modes of transportation,city type and coordination etc.
