摘要
现行发动机冷却系统只实现了对冷却风扇的控制,冷却系统中的冷却水泵跟随发动机的转动,无法根据实际工况调节冷却系统中所需的循环水量。此外,冷却系统中的相关数据得不到及时获取,车主无法及时发现并进行维修。在对现行发动机冷却系统分析的基础上,提出一种水泵智能控制系统,该套系统将发动机冷却水泵完全脱离发动机,目的是实现冷却系统中循环水量的按需调节,还可以及时采集冷却系统中的故障信息并及时发送到显示模块及手机APP端显示,以便提醒车主发现冷却系统故障。该套系统可以提高发动机冷却系统的工作寿命,及时发现故障,减少硬件空间,有一定的市场应用前景。
The current engine cooling system only controls the cooling fan.The cooling water pump in the cooling system rotated with the engine can′t adjust the circulating water quantity required by cooling system according to the actual working conditions.The relevant data in the cooling system can′t be obtained timely,so the vehicle owner can′t find and maintain the fault.On the basis of analyzing the available engine cooling system,a water pump intelligent control system is proposed.The system can separate the cooling water pump from the engine,so as to realize the on?demand regulation of the circulating water quantity in the cooling system.The fault information in cooling system is collected,and sent to the display module and mobilephone APP for display,which can remind the owner to find the fault of cooling system.The system can improve the working life of the engine cooling system,detect the faults timely and reduce the hardware space,and has a certain market application prospect.
