摘要
光纤布拉格光栅传感器(FBGS)是光纤传感器的一种,可以实现对温度、应变等物理量的直接测量,但存在精度和反射功率低及交叉敏感等问题。提出一种新的算法,该算法基于传感器系统及Matlab工具,使用新的流程表达式对传递矩阵法(TMM)和耦合模式理论(CMT)进行编程,其主要目的是寻求更高的反射功率及精度。结果表明,所提出的算法可有效优化FBGS窗口轮廓,有助于获得更好的结果。
The fiber Bragg grating sensor(FBGS)as a kind of optical fiber sensor can realize the direct measurement of temperature,strain and other physical quantities,but has the problems of low precision,low reflection power and cross sensitivity.Therefore,a new algorithm based on sensor system and Matlab tools is proposed,and uses the new flow expression to program the transfer matrix method(TMM)and coupling mode theory(CMT).The main purpose of the algorithm is to seek the higher reflection power and accuracy.The results show that the proposed algorithm can optimize the FBGS window contour effectively,and is help to get better results.
