当代大学生心理健康状况网络平台数据分析与对策研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究以网络平台为主要采样工具,以4所高校学生为采样样本,深入讨论当代大学生心理健康状态,关注大学生心理弹性及相关影响因素,着重考察大学生父母依恋、朋友依恋对心理弹性的预测作用,验证朋友依恋在父母依恋与心理弹性之间的中介作用。介绍了网络平台搭建、数据分析的方法和工具,通过对实验数据的科学分析,给出提升大学生心理弹性水平和改善大学生朋友依恋质量的具体建议。依恋是指个体对某一特定对象长久的、持续的情感纽带。心理弹性是身处逆境时,积极适应环境的动态过程。拥有与父母和同伴的安全型依恋关系对于增强青少年的心理弹性有着极其重要的积极作用。探讨依恋与心理弹性在大学生中的关系,是一项非常值得深入研究的课题。 This study,adapted the network platform as the main sampling tool and selected students of four colleges as sampling samples,conducts an in-depth exploration on the psychological health status of contemporary college students,concerns their psychological resilience and related factors,and investigates the effect of parental attachment and love attachment on college students psychological resilience prediction,and verifies the mediating role that love attachment plays between parental attachment and mental resilience.The methods and tools of network platform construction and data analysis are explained in this paper.And specific suggestions for improving college students psychological resilience and love attachment quality are proposed through the scientific analysis of experimental data.Psychological resilience is defined as an individual s ability to properly adapt to stress and adversity.Having a secure attachment relationship with parents and peers has a very important positive effect on enhancing the psychological resilience of adolescents.It is a subject worthy of in-depth study to explore the relationship between attachment and psychological flexibility in college students.
