7种茎叶处理除草剂对野燕麦的生物活性评价 被引量:6

摘要 采用温室盆栽整株测定法,开展炔草酯、唑啉草酯、精噁唑禾草灵、甲基二磺隆、氟唑磺隆、啶磺草胺、异丙隆7种茎叶处理除草剂对野燕麦的除草活性评价。结果表明:15%炔草酯WP和5%唑啉草酯EC对野燕麦活性极高,ED_(90)分别为12.58和21.92 g/hm^2(有效成分,下同),约为各自推荐剂量的1/4和1/2,可作为生产中防除野燕麦的首选药剂; 69 g/L精噁唑禾草灵SC和30 g/L甲基二磺隆OD对野燕麦具有较好的防效,ED_(90)分别为47.59和14.76 g/hm^2,与各自推荐剂量相当,是生产中防除野燕麦的有效药剂; 70%氟唑磺隆WG和4%啶磺草胺OD对野燕麦活性一般,ED_(90)分别为63.03和28.36 g/hm^2,约为各自推荐剂量的2倍,可作为生产中防除野燕麦的备选药剂; 50%异丙隆WP对野燕麦活性较差,ED_(90)为7 610.39 g/hm^2,约为推荐剂量的7倍,不适合用于防除4~5叶期的野燕麦。 Whole-plant bioassay experiments were conducted to evaluate 7 post-emergence herbicides against Avena fatua L.in greenhouse.The results showed that clodinafop-propargyl 15%WP and pinoxaden 5%EC had extremely high activity to A.fatua,with the ED 90 value of 12.58 and 21.92 g/hm 2,which were about 1/4 and 1/2 of the recommended doses on product labels,respectively.They could be used as the preferred herbicides for A.fatua control in wheat field.Fenoxaprop-P-ethyl 69 g/L SC and mesosulfuron-methyl 30 g/L OD had good control effect to A.fatua,with the ED 90 value of 47.59 and 14.76 g/hm 2,which were equivalent to recommended doses,respectively.They were effective herbicides for A.fatua control in wheat field.Flucarbazone-Na 70%WG and pyroxsulam 4%OD had some control effect to A.fatua,with the ED 90 value of 63.03 and 28.36 g/hm 2,which were about 2 times of recommended doses,respectively.They could be used as alternative herbicides for A.fatua control in wheat field.Isoproturon 50%WP had low activity to A.fatua,with the ED 90 value of 7 610.39 g/hm 2,which was about 7 times of recommended dose and not suitable for controlling A.fatua at 4-5 leaf stage in wheat field.
