摘要 针对制造业动态称重系统中强干扰、非线性、大滞后的问题,搭建了以西门子s7-200系列PLC为控制模块的配料称重实验箱.基于李雅普诺夫稳定性理论,采用乘积推理机、单值模糊器和中心平均解模糊器设计了模糊控制器和自适应律,并利用MATLAB仿真验证了该算法的有效性.上位机采用VB编程语言实现该算法,并应用到PLC配料称重系统中.结果证明,模糊自适应控制算法优于单一的PID算法,系统的控制精度明显提高,且操作灵活,能够较好地实现精准称重,系统的性能指标完全满足工业要求. Aiming at the strong interference,nonlinearity and large lag in the dynamic weighing system in the manufacturing industry,a batching weighing test box with taking the SIEMENS s7-200 series PLC as the control module was set up.Based on the Lyapunov stability theory,the fuzzy controller and adaptive law were designed with the product reasoning machine,single value fuzzy controller and central mean solution obfuscator,and the effectiveness of the algorithm was verified with MATLAB simulation.The algorithm was implemented with the VB programming language in the upper computer,and applied to the PLC batching weighing system.The results show that the fuzzy adaptive control algorithm is superior to the single PID algorithm.The control precision of the system is obviously improved,the operation is flexible,and the accurate weighing can be well realized.The performance indexes of the system can fully meet the industrial requirements.
