短切BFRC复合建筑材料增强增韧机理分析 被引量:5

摘要 为了研究玄武岩纤维增强混凝土(BFRC)力学特性及纤维对混凝土的增强增韧作用,通过理论分析和电镜扫描细观分析方法,对直掺法和预处理法两种制备工艺制作的BFRC进行力学性能和受力机理研究.试验结果表明:纤维自身几何特性、力学性能、体积掺率、纤维与混凝土界面的粘结力是影响纤维混凝土增强增韧效果的重要因素;电镜扫描细观分析方法是研究复合材料性能机理的一种有效手段;预处理法工艺制备的纤维混凝土内部孔隙率、纤维分散性以及与混凝土的粘结状况等均优于直掺法. In order to investigate the mechanical properties of basalt fiber reinforced concrete(BFRC)as well as the reinforcing and toughening effect of fiber on the concrete,through the theoretical analysis and scanning electron microscope(SEM)observation,the mechanical properties and stress-bearing mechanism of BFRC prepared with two preparation technologies such as the direct blending and pretreatment methods were studied.The results show that the geometric characteristics of fiber,mechanical properties,volume content and bonding force between both fiber and concrete are the important factors to influence the reinforcing and toughening effect of BFRC.The microscopic analysis with scanning electron microscope is an effective method to study the performance mechanism of composite.The internal porosity,fiber dispersionand and bonding condition between both fiber and concrete of BFRC prepared with the pretreatment method are better than those of BFRC prepared with the direct blending method.
