高速公路改扩建施工期降噪措施的有效性

摘要 依托青海省扎麻隆至倒淌河高速公路改扩建工程,采用地理信息系统,建立了施工期沿线背景噪声分布缓冲带,确定噪声影响敏感点,选择声屏障、隔声窗、绿化带3种降噪措施进行现场噪声观测,并对比分析了实际降噪效果。结果显示,声屏障、隔声窗、绿化带的平均插入降低值分别在8~14dB、24~30dB、4~6dB;综合考虑后提出了高速公路改扩建施工期临街路段降噪措施设置方法。 Relying on the reconstruction and expansion project of Zhamalong-Daotanghe Expressway in Qinghai Province,the geographic information system was used to establish the background noise distribution buffer zone along the construction period,to determine the noise sensitive points.And three noise reduction measures,including noise barrier,sound insulation window and greenbelt,were selected for on-site noise observation,and the actual effect of noise reduction was compared and analyzed.The results show that the average insertion reduction values of sound barrier,sound insulation window and green belt are 8-14 dB,24-30 dB and 4-6 dB respectively.After comprehensive consideration,the method of setting noise reduction measures for the road section during the period of highway reconstruction and extension is proposed.
