MW功率级超低转速超大排量液压泵

摘要 为使MW功率级风力发电机能利用液压驱动,达到省去增速机和变流器从而降低成本、实现地面同步高质量发电的目的,提出了一种由风轮直接驱动、传递MW功率级的超低转速超大排量液压泵技术方案,并基于ADAMS建立了该液压泵的参数化样机模型,进行了方案分析、运动解析、液压缸设计和流量特性等仿真研究,结果证明该液压泵方案可行,可进一步优选参数并实践应用。 In order to make MW power-level wind power generator use hydraulic drive to achieve the purpose of eliminating accelerator and converter to reduce cost and realize high-quality power generation on the ground synchronously,a technical scheme of ultra-low speed and super-large displacement hydraulic pump driven directly by wind wheel and transferring MW power level was put forward,and the parametric prototype model of the hydraulic pump was established based on ADAMS.The simulation analysis of scheme analysis,motion analysis,hydraulic cylinder design and flow characteristics was carried out.The results prove that the scheme of hydraulic pump is feasible,and the parameters can be further optimized and applied in practice.
