秸秆与微生物协同修复石油污染土壤 被引量:8

摘要 选择小麦秸秆协同Alcaligenes sp.J-1和Arthrobacter sp.J-2混合菌进行石油污染土壤修复,研究秸秆与微生物协同修复石油污染土壤的效果。设计腐解实验,考察秸秆腐解对微生物吸附的影响;设置秸秆固定化微生物(IMM)、秸秆-游离菌(STM)2组修复实验,以游离菌(CP)为对照,考察秸秆、微生物的2种协同修复方式IMM、STM对石油污染土壤修复效果的不同和秸秆腐解的差异。结果表明,随着秸秆腐解程度的加剧,秸秆对微生物的吸附性能变差,可能与腐解过程秸秆的结构变松散有关;IMM组石油烃降解率较高,秸秆腐解较快,比STM组石油烃降解率高10%,腐殖酸质量分数多30g/kg;石油烃降解率与腐殖酸含量的相关关系比较显著,相关系数为0.906;IMM对土壤的修复效果更好。 The wheat straw and bacteria mixture of Alcaligenes sp.J-1 and Arthrobacter sp.J-2 were used to study the bioremediation of petroleum-contaminated soil.This study mainly investigated bioremediation results of contaminated soil and synergistic effects during the above process.Through decomposing experiments,the adsorption of microorganisms in different decomposition periods was investigated.To compare the soil bioremediation differences between using immobilized microorganisms(IMM)and straw-free bacteria(STM),the soil bioremediation and the wheat straw decomposition experiments were carried out with using both IMM and STM.The above experimental results were compared with those of using benchmark free bacteria(CP).Experimental results showed that the adsorption capacity of wheat straw to microbes declines as wheat straw decay progresses.The reason of this might be that more loosening structures in the wheat straw can be formed when decay occurs.With using IMM,both petroleum hydrocarbon degradation rate and wheat straw decomposition rate were faster than those of using STM.The hydrocarbon degradation rate with using IMM was 10%higher than that of using STM,and the mass fraction of humic acid was 30 g/kg.The Pearson correlation coefficient of degradation rate and humic acid is 0.906.The oil bioremediation results with using IMM are better than other bioremediation methods.
