基于尿素微胶囊的薄木饰面板甲醛控释研究 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,我国人造板产品产量不断增长,人造板成为代替木材的理想材料,在室内装修中广泛应用。为长期控制人造板中游离甲醛的释放,降低其对人体健康的危害,以尿素为功能芯材制备缓释型甲醛捕捉微胶囊,并将其应用于人造板中制备具有甲醛控释功能的薄木饰面板。结果表明,以尿素为芯材、乙基纤维素为壁材制备的微胶囊,在芯壁材质量比为2∶1时,能够获得表面具有规则孔隙结构的微胶囊。该微胶囊对甲醛水溶液的光催化降解率在30 min内可达44.1%。添加微胶囊的薄木饰面板与未添加微胶囊的薄木饰面板相比,甲醛的释放量在5,8,12和20 d分别下降了36.2%,48.3%,54.7%和55.6%。因此,尿素微胶囊甲醛捕捉剂不仅可以在短期内抑制甲醛,同时可长期对释放的甲醛进行有效地捕捉和消除。 In recent years,the output of wood-based panel products in China has increased.Wood-based panels have become one of the most widely used materials in the current internal decoration and furniture industries due to their advantages of low cost and good structural performance.Because of the presence of urea-formaldehyde resin and the irregular factory processes,wood-based panels contain free formaldehyde,which continuously causes the environmental concerns during its service life and endangering people s health.In order to control the free formaldehyde release of the wood-based panels and reduce its harm to human health,in this study,urea was used as a functional core material to prepare a slow release formaldehyde capture microcapsule,and applied it on wood-based panels to prepare a thin veneer panel with formaldehyde controlled release function.The microcapsules were prepared with urea as a core material and ethyl cellulose as a wall material,and the resultant microcapsules had a regular pore structure on its surface when the core to shell mass ratio was 2∶1.The photocatalytic degradation rate of the microcapsule to formaldehyde solution reached 44.1%,44.8%and 45.1%in 30 min,90 min and 180 min,respectively.The addition of formaldehyde capture agents in surface-veneered panels can be helpful for reducing formaldehyde emissions.The formaldehyde release of resultant panel in 5 d,8 d,12 d and 20 d decreased 36.2%,48.3%,54.7%and 55.6%,respectively,due to the addition of urea microcapsules in the surface-veneered panels.The urea microcapsule formaldehyde capture agent can not only inhibit formaldehyde in a short time,but also effectively capture formaldehyde in a long term.As a novel method for reducing formaldehyde release,it has the advantages of efficient reduction of formaldehyde and low cost.This study was aimed at developing new environmentally friendly internal decoration materials that are beneficial to the indoor environments and human health.
