摘要 针对唐钢2号高炉热风炉煤气消耗高,调研了热风炉煤气使用现状,分析出热风系统存在的问题。采用板式预热器对双预热系统进行改造,热风炉运行参数得到明显改善,高炉煤气消耗下降50m3/t。降低成本的同时,减少了CO2排放。 Faced with high consumption of blast furnace gas for No.2BF hot air stove,the gas utilization situation of hot air stove was investigated,and the existing problems of hot air system were analyzed.The double preheating system was reformed using the plate preheater,the operating parameters of the hot air stove were significantly improved,and the gas consumption was decreased by 50m?/t.The cost of iron-making process and the emission of CO 2 were both declined.
