“双一流”背景下西部地方院校对实验室安全管理的探索

Exploration on laboratory safety management in western local universities under “Double first-class” background

实验室安全管理是高校实验室管理工作中的一项基础性工作,对于保障高校教学、科研工作的正常运行、确保师生人身安全具有不可替代的作用。针对西部地方院校"双一流"建设背景下,实验室安全管理工作所面临的现状及问题,从管理模式、制度建设、安全教育及硬件设施建设等方面进行了积极的探索和实践,构建了"双一流"建设背景下实验室安全管理新模式,并取得了一定的成效,为西部地方院校实验室安全管理提供了新的管理思路及方式。

Laboratory safety management is the basic work of laboratory management in colleges and universities,which plays an irreplaceable role in ensuring the normal progress of teaching,scientific research and safety of teachers and students.In view of the present situation and problems faced by the laboratory safety management under the background of“Double first-class”construction in local universities in western China,the active exploration and practice have been carried out from the aspects of the management mode,system construction,safety education,hardware facility construction,etc.,a new laboratory management mode under the background of the“Double first-class”contruction has been established,and certain results have been achieved.It provides a new management idea and way for the laboratory safety management in western local universities.
