摘要 为了让学生更好地了解高分子材料的发展前沿,并能够综合运用高分子物理以及高分子化学方面的理论知识以及基本实验技能,开发了"复合材料中界面结晶形态观察"的研究型实验。实验内容主要包括界面结晶基础知识准备、样品制备、偏光显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察以及结果讨论分析,涵盖了高分子材料研究的各个环节。通过开展该教学实验,有助于学生更加形象生动地理解不同聚合物结晶形态的形成机理,激发学生的实验热情,并同时提高学生的科研能力和综合知识运用能力,为学生的进一步深造奠定基础。 In order to enable students to better understand the development frontier of polymer materials and to make full use of theoretical knowledge and basic experimental skills in polymer physics and polymer chemistry,a research-oriented experiment of“Observation of interfacial crystalline morphology in composite materials”is developed.The experimental content mainly includes the preparation of basic knowledge of interfacial crystallization,sample preparation,observation by polarizing microscope and scanning electron microscope,and discussion and analysis of results,which covers all aspects of polymer materials research.Through this teaching experiment,it is helpful for students to understand the formation mechanism of different polymer crystalline forms more vividly,stimulate their enthusiasm for experiment,and at the same time,improve their scientific research ability and comprehensive knowledge application ability,laying a foundation for their further study.
