Research on construction mode of university experimental platform for new engineering

论述了新工科背景下,多元综合创新型人才培养的战略意义,指出了行业高校实验室作为人才培养的实践场所,改革和建设存在观念落后、学科交叉弱、产教融合不足等问题,从实验室定位、结构、软硬件和技术队伍4个方面,深入探讨了以新工科为契机的实验室建设的新模式,对传统工科实验室的改革有一定的参考价值。

This paper discusses the strategic significance of cultivating diversified and innovative talents under the background of new engineering and points out that there are some problems in the reform and construction of laboratories in colleges and universities such as backward concepts,weak inter-disciplines,insufficient integration of production and teaching,etc.From four aspects of the laboratory orientation,structure,software and hardware,and technical team,the new mode of the laboratory construction with the opportunity of new engineering is explored,which has certain reference value for the reform of traditional engineering laboratories.
